1. General Agreement

By making a donation on this website, the donor agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Elim GRC may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version published on the website will apply.

2. Donation purpose and use

All donations are voluntary and will be used to support the ministry activities, charitable initiatives, operational needs, and outreach of Elim GRC. Elim GRC will make reasonable efforts to use designated (restricted) gifts for the stated purpose, but if the designated purpose becomes impractical or cannot be fulfilled, Elim GRC may reallocate the funds to a similar ministry purpose.

3. Donor information and accuracy

Donors agree to provide accurate details (name, email, phone number, address, and payment information where required). Donations may be declined, reversed, or treated as anonymous if donor details are incomplete or cannot be verified.

4. Payment processing

Online donations may be processed through third-party payment gateways or banking partners. Elim GRC is not responsible for any payment gateway downtime, processing delays, bank charges, card or network fees, or technical errors beyond its control. A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation is received and the amount is credited or settled to the account of Elim GRC.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for processing your donation, communication, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

6. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a scheduled basis. You may cancel or update your recurring donation at any time by contacting us.
