Elim GRC will make reasonable efforts to use designated (restricted) gifts for the stated purpose, but if the designated purpose becomes impractical or cannot be fulfilled, Elim GRC may reallocate the funds to a similar ministry purpose.

Elim GRC is not responsible for any payment gateway downtime, processing delays, bank charges, card or network fees, or technical errors beyond its control. A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation is received and the amount is credited or settled to the account of Elim GRC.
