By making a donation on this website, the donor agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Elim GRC may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version published on the website will apply.

2. Donation purpose and use

All donations are voluntary and will be used to support the ministry activities, charitable initiatives, operational needs, and outreach of Elim GRC. Elim GRC will make reasonable efforts to use designated (restricted) gifts for the stated purpose, but if the designated purpose becomes impractical or cannot be fulfilled, Elim GRC may reallocate the funds to a similar ministry purpose.

Elim GRC is not responsible for any payment gateway downtime, processing delays, bank charges, card or network fees, or technical errors beyond its control. A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation is received and the amount is credited or settled to the account of Elim GRC.

6. Recurring Donations
