May 19 – He Will Lead You!

“The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones…” (Isaiah 58:11)

No matter how fierce the storms are… no matter how many problems or struggles that may rise up in your life…the Lord will lead you. He will guide you daily—lovingly and faithfully. He has promised to lead you even in times of great drought.

Are you worried because you lost your job?, you are burdened with debt?, the future feels uncertain? Place your hand into the Lord’s hand. He will surely lead you.

His Ways Are Wonderful. God’s ways are beyond human understanding. He does great and unsearchable things—wonders beyond number. He can make a way in the wilderness; bring rivers in dry places; and lead you through impossible situations

My father, Pastor Sam Jebadurai, often used to mention about one of his friends. When someone talks to him about a problem,, he will never give importance to the problem; but will simply say: “Do not worry. The Lord will lead you.”, “Just as the One who planted the tree will surely water it – The Lord who created you, will surely lead you and guide you.”

Even when pressed with problems, he would respond: “Offer a thousand thanks— and God will take care of it.” When he himself faced severe illness, God healed him and extended his life, for fifteen years. His life became a great testimony that God truly leads His people.

Think of a clock’s pendulum. If it tried to calculate all its movements for minutes, hours, days, months, or years, it would become overwhelmed. But the truth is simple: It only needs strength for one second at a time.

Likewise, you don’t need strength for the whole future—God gives grace step by step. Do not worry about tomorrow. Each day has its own measure of grace.

Even in dry seasons, He will lead you to green pastures; and He will bring you beside still waters.

Dear child of God, The Lord is guiding every step of your journey. Trust Him—He will lead you safely.
